Round Robin @

Round robin quilts can be a fun experience for a group of quilters to do together. It will challenge each quilter in their design work, their color choices and creativity. We will have a meeting with everyone who wants to participate and make up the Round Robin Rules, IE the instructions for each "Round" of the Round Robin Exchange. We would like to exchange the quilts on January 31st, 2011. The Center block needs to be at least 12" x 12" and no larger than 24" x 24", the colors and the center design have no rules other than the size.

INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED PIECING CLASS
A stunning 12 block (10" finished blocks) quilt from Wing and a Prayer Design, the quilt is featuring gorgeous jewel tone batiks. The quilt look equally gorgeous done with prints. Twelve blocks are joined on -point with pieced sashings and set off with pieced borders.
This continuing class is for learning more advanced piecing techniques, if you have taken the beginner sampler class this is the next step. This is a great way to have fun and learn with other Quilters. The class will be held once a week on Tuesdays, from 9:30am till 12:00PM.

Getting to Know Your Machine
In this class you will learn the basics of your sewing machine, how to select stitches, what fabric is best used in projects, button hole stitches, and what the uses are for the different machine feet.
